How to Support CFHC

Concord Feminist Health Center was founded in 1974 in the belief that women can understand their bodies and make intelligent health choices when they are provided with accurate information, understanding and support. This philosophy has guided the Health Center for over a quarter-century. The women who staff CFHC know and understand women's needs and are trained in providing confidential, compassionate, client-centered care.

CFHC is a licensed non-profit clinic specializing in first-trimester abortion and well-woman gynecological care. Our mission is to empower and educate women through these and other health-related services in a manner which respects each woman's individuality and choices.

Our services are for women with the exception of STD testing and treatment and HIV testing, which are also offered to men.

Fees for Services

Fees for gyn services vary; call for payment information. Payment for all services is expected at the time of appointment. Fees for abortion services are as follows:

Surgical abortion 6-13 weeks - $450.

Medical abortion - $600 (discounted to $450 for cash or credit card payment).

We accept many insurance plans including Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna/Healthsource, Matthew Thornton Health Plan, NH Medicaid (for GYN services only) and certain university health plans. We also accept credit card payments with MasterCard or VISA.

CFHC holds memberships with the National Coalition of Abortion Providers and the National Abortion Federation. We adhere to the high standards for abortion care set by NAF.

Concord Feminist Health Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that receives no state or federal funding. Operating solely on donations and fees, we depend on the support and generosity of the pro-choice community. Please help the Center continue its important work and make a tax-deductible gift today. From Route 93 heading north:
Take exit 13 and turn left onto Manchester Street. * From this point keep going straight. You will pass McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts. After Dunkin' Donuts you will go through a set of traffic lights. Begin looking for the Capitol Center for the Arts on your left. CFHC is the first house on the left in the block after the arts center, on the corner of Thompson Street and South Main.

From Route 93 heading south:
Take Exit 13 and turn right onto Manchester Street, then follow above directions from *.

From Route 89 heading south:
Follow Route 89 to the end and get onto Route 93 heading north. Then follow above directions for heading north on Route 93.

From Keene/Peterborough area:
Go east on Route 202/9. At Hopkinton it will merge with Route 89. Follow above directions for heading south on Route 89.

From the Seacoast area (heading west on Route 4):
Follow Route 4 to Concord and get on Route 393. Follow to the end and turn left onto North Main Street. Keep going through four sets of lights. The last set of lights is at Pleasant Street. After the Pleasant Street intersection, CFHC is two more blocks up on the right, on the corner of Thompson Street and South Main.
