The Concord Feminist Health Center offers nonjudgmental, anonymous (no name) and confidential (name kept private) HIV and STI (sexually transmitted infection) testing. In New Hampshire, teens can consent to HIV and STI testing and treatment without a parent’s permission.
At CFHC we can test for all the possible sexually transmitted infections. A standard STI visit includes:
- Chlamydia and gonorrhea: by urine sample, results available in a week
- Syphilis: arm blood draw, results available in one week
- HIV: swab of your gums, results in 20 minutes
For an additional fee, the following STI tests are also available
- Herpes Simplex Virus: two types, blood test or culture of a sore
- Hepatitis: blood test
- Pap Test for HPV and Trichomonas: swab of cells from cervix
- High Risk HPV Digene: swab of cells from cervix
